Managing Channels, Collections, and Settings

How to manage Channels, Collections, Attributes, Categories, and Templates in Settings

Written by Alberto Barberis

The Settings page is where you manage the structural elements of your AndromedAI workspace. A Summary Statistics banner at the top shows your current counts at a glance: Existing Channels, Total Collections, Attributes, and Categories.

Settings → Channels tab showing the summary statistics header and existing channels.

Channels tab — manage your sales platform and language combinations.

  • Each Channel shows as a card with its platform and language. The main channel has a main badge.

  • Click the menu on any channel to edit or delete it.

  • Click + Add Channel → select a platform (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or andromedai) → select a language → save.

Collections tab — group products for batch management.

Collections let you organize products by any criteria — season, campaign, supplier, product line, or category — and then run bulk actions on that entire group at once. Create a collection, add products to it (via the ⋮ menu in the Products bulk action bar), and use it as a filter when running Optimize, Enrich, or Localize.

Attributes tab — view and manage all 23 product data fields in your catalog (title, description, sku, brand, ean, gtin, and more).

Categories tab — define product categories. Categories help AI Actions understand what type of product they're working on, enabling more targeted and accurate content generation.

Templates tab — the Template Library. Shows all saved Optimize workflow configurations. Searchable. Created via the "Save it as a Template" link during the Optimize workflow. Select a template at the start of a new Optimize job to pre-fill your configuration.
