Importing brings your products into AndromedAI from a CSV file. Products are imported into the channel you currently have selected, so check that you are on the right channel before you start.
Step 1 - Prepare your file
Start from the AndromedAI Import Template and make a copy: it already contains the columns the platform expects. Open the template → [Example template]
One product per row. The SKU and Images columns are required.
Column headers must be in the first row. Accepted formats are .csv and .tsv.
The more data you provide, the better the output. Category, technical attributes, materials, existing copy, everything you add becomes context for generation.
The first rows of the import template mark which columns are required and which are optional.
Step 2 - Import your CSV file
Go to Products in the sidebar.
Click Import Products in the top-right corner.
Choose CSV file as the source.

Files you have uploaded before stay available in your file library, so you can reuse one without uploading it again.
Step 3 - Map your columns
Select Use existing mapping if you already have a mapping set up for this file format.
Pick the mapping from the list.

If this is your first import, create a new mapping instead: you save it once and reuse it for every future upload that shares the same file structure.
Step 4 - Match your data
Click Configure and assign each column in your CSV to the right AndromedAI attribute. Check them one by one: a column mapped to the wrong attribute carries that error into every generation that follows.
Missing an attribute? Click + Add attribute to create it on the spot, without leaving the wizard.

After the import
Your products appear in the Products list with their Activation Status set to not active, ready for generation workflows. If any rows are skipped, the import summary tells you how many and why - most often duplicate or missing SKUs, or image URLs that cannot be reached.
To add a single product without a file, use Create product on the Products page.
