AndromedAI imports product data from CSV or TSV files through a 5-step wizard. Products are imported into the Channel you currently have selected.
The Import Products wizard — Step 1 shows the upload area, file requirements, and a library of previously uploaded files.
To start an import, go to Products and click Import Products in the top-right corner.
Step 1 — Choose a CSV File: drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Choose a File. Supported formats: .csv and .tsv. Maximum file size: 2GB. Your file must include a product name column and at least one unique identifier (SKU, EAN, or GTIN), and the first row must contain column headers. Previously uploaded files are saved in a library below the upload area — select one to reuse it without re-uploading.
Step 2 — Select a Mapping: choose how your file's columns map to AndromedAI's product attributes. You can select an existing mapping or create a new one.
Step 3 — Mapping Configuration: fine-tune the individual column-to-attribute assignments. Review each mapping and adjust where needed.
Step 4 — Process the Import: the system processes your file and prepares the products.
Step 5 — Review Import: verify the results — check product counts and spot any errors — before confirming.
After a successful import, your products appear in the Products list with Activation Status set to not active. You can then run AI workflows to generate content and activate them.
You can also add individual products manually by clicking Create product in the top-right corner of the Products page.
