Setting up your first Channel

How to create a Channel for your first sales platform and language

Written by Alberto Barberis

A Channel in AndromedAI represents a specific combination of a sales platform and a language — for example, your Shopify store in English, or your Amazon listing in German. All products, AI-generated content, and Brand Kit memory are organized per Channel, so you can manage multiple markets completely independently.

Settings → Channels tab showing the summary statistics header and existing channels.

To set up your first Channel:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left navigation.

  2. Click the Channels tab.

  3. Click + Add Channel.

  4. Select your platform — Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or andromedai (the native platform).

  5. Select the language for this Channel.

  6. Save. Your new Channel appears as a card.

Your primary Channel is marked with a main badge. You can add as many Channels as you need for different markets, languages, or sales platforms — for example, one Channel for your English Shopify store and another for your German Amazon listings.

When working in the Products section, the channel selector in the top-left lets you switch between Channels. Everything you see — product data, AI-generated content, and activation status — is specific to the Channel you're currently viewing.
