Saving and reusing workflow Templates

How to save Optimize configurations as Templates for reuse

Written by Alberto Barberis

If you run the same Optimize configuration regularly — for example, always generating title + description + bullet points with specific AI Actions for fashion products — you can save it as a Template and reuse it with one click.

Step 2 — map each attribute to an AI Action. The 'Save it as a Template' link saves this configuration for reuse.

To save a Template: while running an Optimize job, between Step 2 (Choose AI Actions) and Step 3 (Destination Channel), a link appears: "Want to use this workflow again? Save it as a Template." Click it to save your current attribute and AI Action configuration as a named template.

To access Templates: go to SettingsTemplates tab. The Template Library shows all saved templates. The library is searchable — useful when you have templates for different product categories or campaigns.

To reuse a Template: when starting a new Optimize job, select a saved template to pre-fill the attribute and action configuration automatically. This is especially valuable for teams — everyone runs the same validated workflow, consistently.

Good use cases for Templates:

  • A "Fashion content" template: title (Generate SEO Title) + description (Generate Long Description) + bullet_points (Generate Bullet Points)

  • A "SEO optimization" template: page_title + page_meta_description + seo_keywords

  • A "Amazon listings" template: title (Generate Amazon keywords) + bullet_points + attributes_variables
