Select products in the Products list — via checkboxes, an active filter, or a collection.

Click Optimize in the bulk action bar. The Optimize Products side panel opens on the right.

Step 1 — Select Attributes to enhance: check the attributes you want AI to generate content for. The full list includes all your product attribute definitions — title, brand, description, description_short, variables, bullet_points, tags, faq, page_title, page_meta_description, and more. Use the search box at the top to find specific attributes quickly.

Step 2 — Choose AI Actions: for each selected attribute, a dropdown appears showing all compatible AI Actions. For example, for title you can choose: Generate Title, Extract Attribute, Assign Tags, Generate SEO Title, or Generate Amazon keywords. Each action shows an estimated duration to help you plan. Select the action that fits your goal for each attribute.

Save as Template (optional): between Steps 2 and 3, a link reads "Want to use this workflow again? Save it as a Template." Click it to save this attribute + action configuration to your Template Library in Settings for future reuse.

Step 3 — Choose destination Channel: the default is the same channel as your source. You can select a different channel to send the AI output to a different market (useful for cross-channel optimization).

Click Run Optimization. A Confirmation modal appears showing: Source Channel, Destination Channel, number of Selected Products, Estimated Time, and Estimated Cost in credits. Review this before committing.

Click Start Optimization. You're automatically redirected to the Overview page. The new job appears at the top: first Waiting, then In progress with a live progress bar showing % Complete, then Completed.

Click Review and Approve on the completed job to inspect and approve the AI-generated content.
