Using bulk actions: Optimize, Enrich, and Localize

How to select products and launch bulk AI workflows

Written by Alberto Barberis

The bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the Products page whenever you have products selected. It shows a context-aware message:

The bulk action bar with 3 products selected — Optimize, Enrich, Localize, and the ⋮ overflow menu.

  • If you've applied a filter: "Select AI workflow to apply to N filtered products"

  • If you've checked specific products: "Select AI workflow to apply to N selected products"

  • With no selection: "Select AI workflow to apply to all N products"

If your credit balance is too low to cover the estimated cost of a job, the Run button will be disabled — top up your credits first.

The three main bulk actions:

  • Optimize — AI content generation. You choose which attributes to generate and which AI Action to apply to each attribute. Opens a 3-step side panel. After launch, the job appears in Overview and requires Review and Approve before content goes live.

  • Enrich — web search to find and fill missing product data (images, ingredients, materials, and more) using your product's identifiers. Opens a 4-step side panel.

  • Localize — translate and adapt product content for a different channel and language. Opens a 3-step side panel. The CTA button says Translate products.

The overflow menu at the right of the bulk action bar reveals four additional actions:

  • Add to Collection — group selected products into a collection for future batch management.

  • Run Analysis — run a quality analysis on selected products.

  • Export selected — download a CSV of the selected products.

  • Delete — permanently delete the selected products.

After launching any bulk action, the job appears in the Overview dashboard with a live progress indicator. When it completes, click Review and Approve to inspect results before they go live.
