You can export your product catalog in two ways:

Export all products in the current channel: click the Export Products button in the top-right corner of the Products page. This downloads a CSV of all products in the channel you're currently viewing. When products are selected, the button label updates to Export Products (N) showing the selection count.

Export specific products: check the products you want using the row checkboxes, then click the ⋮ overflow menu in the bulk action bar and select Export selected. Only the checked products will be included in the download.
