Exporting gives you your approved content as a CSV, ready to push to your storefront or share with your team. You can export your entire catalogue, a manual selection of products, or a collection - a subset defined by a filter.
Check your channel first. An export returns the content of the channel you are currently viewing, so exporting from the wrong language channel gives you the wrong language.
Quick export
All products in the current channel: click Export Products in the top-right corner of the Products page.
A manual selection: tick the row checkboxes, then click Export Products (N), where N is the number of selected products, or open the ⋮ overflow menu in the bulk action bar and choose Export selected.
Export Products on the Products page exports everything in the channel you are viewing.
Before you start: create a collection
Collections are useful when you regularly export the same group of products (a category, a drop, an agreed-upon list) and do not want to reselect it by hand every time.
Go to Products in the sidebar.
Click + New Collection.
Enter a collection name.
Leave Filters must match ALL… as it is.
Set the filter: Collection → Equals → the value used in your CSV.
The New Collection panel: name, filter logic, and one Collection Equals filter.
Your collection appears under Filter Products and stays available for future exports. Collections can also be managed from Settings, see Managing Channels, Collections, and Settings.
Export a collection
Go to Products in the sidebar.
Select the collection to export.
Click Export Products (N).
Pick the collection under Filter products, then click Export Products (N). The channel selector is top-right.
Export several markets at once
Choose your markets.
Select the collections to include for each of them.
You get a single export covering every market/collection combination you selected, instead of repeating the process channel by channel.

Configure the export
Select the destination: CSV File.
Choose an existing mapping or create a new one.
Select your model mapping.
Check the column mapping and edit it if needed.
Review the Export Summary - source, mapping and job parameters - then click Export.
Step 2 - choose where the data goes: CSV File.
Step 3 - create a new CSV mapping or reuse one of your saved ones.
Step 4 - separator, encoding, and the column-by-column mapping of your attributes.
The review step lists source, mapping, destination and mapped columns before you start.
Download your file
The export runs in the background, so you can close the screen and keep working. When the status shows Completed, click Download to get your CSV. The same file stays available under Recent Activity, which helps when you need it again days later.
