Glossaries ensure the AI always uses your approved terminology — brand names, product-specific vocabulary, acronyms, and trademarked phrases — consistently across all generated content.
To create a Glossary:
Navigate to Brand Kit → Glossaries tab.
Click + Glossaries.
Name the glossary group (e.g. "Brand names", "Technical terms", "Fashion vocabulary").
Add your approved terms.
To link a glossary to an AI Action, select it from the Glossaries dropdown in the action configuration — either in the AI Studio action editor or in the Enhance modal.
Common use cases:
Ensure your brand name is always capitalized and spelled correctly (e.g. "GORE-TEX", not "Gore-Tex" or "goretex")
Enforce industry-specific terminology (e.g. "moisture-wicking" not "sweat-absorbing")
Protect trademarked phrases that must appear verbatim
Maintain consistent product line naming across all descriptions
Comply with platform-specific terminology requirements for Amazon or Shopify listings
You can create multiple glossary groups for different contexts and select the most relevant one per action type.
