The Enrich action uses web search to automatically find and fill in missing product data — images, ingredients, materials, certifications, and more — using your product's identifiers to search accurately.
The Enrich Products panel — all 4 steps: search keys, product attribute selectors, sources whitelist, and sources blacklist.
Select products and click Enrich in the bulk action bar. The Enrich Products side panel opens.
Step 1 — Keys to search for: define what data to look up. Predefined suggestions are image url, ingredients, and materials. Click the + button to add custom keys — for example: "care instructions", "certifications", "dimensions", "color variants", "nutritional information".
Step 2 — Product attributes for the search query:
URLs to search: check URL attributes like page_url — the AI fetches data directly from your product pages, which often yields the highest quality results.
IDs for the query: check identifier attributes (sku, ean, gtin, shopify_id). These are used to build precise web search queries. Important: products with EAN or GTIN get significantly better results than products with only a SKU.
Step 3 — Sources whitelist: restrict where the AI searches. Add trusted URLs or domains to limit results to reliable sources. Product page URLs are always included regardless of this setting. Enable Fail on no results to stop the workflow entirely if the web search returns nothing — useful if you'd rather not generate content from insufficient data.
Step 4 — Choose destination Channel.
Click Enrich products. The job appears in Overview. When complete, review and approve before applying.
