Understanding the Overview dashboard

What the Overview page shows and how to use it

Written by Alberto Barberis

The Overview page is the first thing you see after logging in. It's your real-time activity feed — a running log of every optimization job you've launched, with live status updates.

The Overview dashboard — your real-time activity feed showing all optimization jobs and their status.

Each entry in the Recent Activity feed shows:

  • The job type (e.g. Product Optimization)

  • A unique job ID for reference

  • A status badge showing the current state

  • A count of how many products succeeded and how many failed

  • A live progress bar showing % Complete while the job is running

Jobs move through a clear lifecycle: Waiting (queued) → In progress (running, with a live progress bar) → Completed or Failed.

When a job completes successfully, a Review and Approve button appears. Clicking it takes you to the full Review page where you can inspect every AI-generated result, check quality scores, edit content if needed, and approve or reject before anything goes live.

Jobs stay in the feed permanently, giving you a full history of all past runs you can refer back to at any time.
