Using Prompts: Examples and Additional Tasks

How to configure Examples and Additional Tasks in Brand Kit Prompts

Written by Alberto Barberis

The Prompts tab in Brand Kit has two sections that let you give the AI more specific guidance beyond tone and glossaries.

Brand Kit Prompts tab showing Examples section and Additional Tasks list linked to AI Action types

Brand Kit → Prompts — Examples section at top, Additional Tasks below with each task linked to a specific AI Action type.

Examples — "Show AI your best content"

Upload samples of your best existing product content as a quality and style reference. The AI uses these when generating new content — they act as a benchmark for the writing standard you expect. Click + Add Example to upload samples.

To use examples in generation: in any Enhance modal or AI Action configuration, expand Advanced features and select your examples from the Example selector.

Additional Tasks — "Custom rules and formatting"

Define specific instructions the AI must follow when generating a particular attribute type. Each task is linked to a specific AI Action type. Click + Add Additional Task to create one.

Examples from the platform:

  • "Suggest use cases and occasions" → linked to Short description

  • "Always mention if the garment is for men or women" → linked to Title

  • "Highlight sustainability and eco-friendly materials" → linked to Short description

  • "Focus on the product's main competitive advantage" → linked to Description and Short description

  • "Include a benefit-oriented hook in the opening line" → linked to Page title

To apply additional tasks: in any Enhance or action configuration, expand Advanced features and select tasks from the Additional tasks selector.
