What is a channel
A channel is a container for data about a product that needs to be different from the original product data, such as the language of the data or special requirements, like in for example Shopify, for the length of the title.
Open Settings Menu
Click the Settings menu to access channel configuration options.
Initiate Channel Creation
Click Add Channel to start creating a new channel.
Select Channel Name Field
Click the Channel name field to enter the desired name for your new channel.
Enter Channel Name
Enter your channel name to identify it within the system.
Choose Channel Type
Select your channel type to specify the platform or service it will connect to, which in turn will help define the parameters for the AI Agents' work.
Set Channel Language
Choose the language for the channel to tell the AI Agents which language to write any output in.
Save Channel Configuration
Click Save to finalize and create your new channel with the specified settings.
