In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to monitor the optimization status of your products and how to approve them — either manually or in bulk.
Product Optimization Monitoring
To monitor your products, simply go to the Overview page. In this section, you’ll find three main areas:
Ongoing Optimizations – products currently being processed.
Completed Optimizations – products successfully optimized and ready for approval.
Failed Optimizations – products that encountered errors during the process.
From this page, you can track the entire optimization flow in real time. You’ll see how much time remains before the optimization is complete and how many products have already been successfully optimized.
Review and Approve
Once the optimization of one or more products is complete, simply click Review and Approve to open the review screen.
From here, you can preview the optimized content, compare it with the original version, and decide whether to approve the changes or request adjustments.
In this screen, you’ll see all the products that were optimized during the process.
A preview of the newly generated content is provided, and you can open each individual product to manually review and analyze the optimization in detail.
Our AI displays the newly generated content and provides a content score for each product.
This score gives you an overview of how well the product has been optimized — it’s an aggregate rating based on grammar and lexical accuracy, readability, keyword richness, and several other quality parameters.
If you’re satisfied with the new content generated by the AI, simply click Approve and the product will be automatically saved.
Please note that this process overwrites the previous content of your product.
For example, if you had an existing title and approve a new one, the old title will be replaced with the optimized version generated by the platform.
You can also choose to approve all products in bulk without reviewing them one by one.
In this case, simply click Approve All, and all optimized products will be approved at once, their new content will be automatically added to your catalog.
Note: Once an optimization has been completed, you will have consumed 1 product credit, therefore the product remains active for 7 days, this is indicated by the battery icon.
During this period, you can perform additional optimizations on the same product if needed.
